At this time Rustic Paws Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because majority of our products are customized just for you. However we want you to be happy with your products from Rustic Paws, so if you have any concern please reach out!

What sizes do you offer in apparel?

For our Crewnecks, Hoodies and Tee's we keep Small- XL instock on our website. However we can order in sizes up to 5XL, so if you are needing a specific size please message us!

What if i want to upload more than one photo?

Our website only allows one photo to be uploaded per item. However if you have more photos you'd like to send to us please email them to rusticpaws.shopcanada@gmail.com and reference your order number in the subject line.
