Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

At this time Rustic Paws Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because majority of our products are customized just for you. However we want you to be happy with your products from Rustic Paws, so if you have any concern please reach out!

If your item has sustained damage during shipping please contact us via email !

What sizes do you offer in apparel?

For our Crewnecks, Hoodies and Tee's we keep Small- XL instock on our website. However we can order in sizes up to 5XL, so if you are needing a specific size please message us!

What if i want to upload more than one photo?

Our website only allows one photo to be uploaded per item. However if you have more photos you'd like to send to us please email them to rusticpaws.shopcanada@gmail.com and reference your order number in the subject line.

Common Commission Questions

How often do you open your commissions?
This can depend on the time of year and how many orders I am currently processing! You can always follow us on Instagram or sign up for our email list to get updates on when commissions will be opening

What if I need a size not offered?
If the size your are looking for is not currently offered on our website please email me the details and I will let you know if its something I can do !

What photos work best?
Our photo guideline is in the listing, however clear, head shots in good lighting are the best photos to use. However, we know with portraits sometimes the pets are no longer here with us and if this is the case I will take your favorite photo of your pet to use as reference
